Birmingham Development - Masshouse

Comprising thirteen new highrise buildings, the Masshouse development is a massive site, to include public service, commercial and residential buildings.

Due to cost £350 million, the Masshouse development will include 550 high-grade apartments, 500,000 square feet of office space, 33 court rooms for Birmingham Magistrates Court, 800 car parking spaces, as well as cafes, restaurants and shops. The Masshouse development will also include two new public squares, with landscaped areas and water features.
